Situated in Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi Prefecture, Arakurayama Sengen Park is famed for its panoramic views of Mount Fuji, especially when framed by cherry blossoms and the iconic five-story Chureito Pagoda . The park, established in 1959, encompasses approximately 4.3 hectares on the hillside of Mount Arakura . Visitors can ascend 398 steps to reach the observation deck, which offers one of the most photographed vistas in Japan. The park is particularly popular during the cherry blossom season in mid-April and the autumn foliage in November. It also houses the Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine and a memorial tower for war dead.
